HEARTWOOD CHAPTER

The  Friends of Texas Wildlife helps native Texas wildlife by providing education and wildlife rehabilitation.  Their services are particularly important as people are increasingly living in areas that were previously the forest homes for wildlife.

The Fall Festival is their annual fund raising event. It takes thousands of dollars to care for each animal before it can be released back into the wild.
