What are Notifications?
Notifications are email messages listing any pages recently added to the web site. You decide how often to receive the email and what category type pages you want to receive by subscribing.
You can change your notifications at any time. Instructions are at the bottom of this page.
You must be Logged In as one of our registered web site users to manage your Notifications.
How do I subscribe?
- My Heartwood >My Account
Look under the My Heartwood category and click on My Account. - When the new screen loads, click the Notifications tab.
- Click the Content Type tab. You should see the display shown below.
1. Check mark the boxes of the category type pages you want to receive updates for.
2. Select how often you want to receive the email notice.
3. Click the Save button.

- That's it. You are now subscribed to get your selected updates.
If you are in one of our Groups, please continue and subscribe to your Group's pages.
- Click the Add Subscriptions tab.
- Next screen, click on Content Type in Group.

- You should now see the screen shown below.
1. Select the name of the Group you belong to.
2. Select the group page types. We recommend you leave it at the default "All types".
3. Select how often you want to receive the email notice for new pages.
4. Click the Add button.

- That's it. You did it! Start watching your email for your notifications. And, remember, you can return and change your notices at any time.
How do I change my Notifications?
Want to change what you receive? How often you receive it? Put your notification email on hold while you are on vacation? You can do it.
- My Heartwood >My Account
Look under the My Heartwood category and click on My Account. - When the new screen loads, click the Notifications tab.
- Click the Subscriptions tab. You should see the display shown below.
1. If you have a long list, click the Filter and select from options that will shorten your list.
2. Option 2 -Use the Operations links to change a single item.
3. Option 3 -Check mark the boxes and use the Update button.
