Intro classroom session

• Meet some of the Chapter Officers, Committee Chairpersons, Project Team Leaders.
• Get an overview of the goals and history of the Texas Master Naturalist Program.
• Practice observation skills in the field.
• Current Heartwood members drop in to informally talk about a historical naturalist that has inspired them to take action.
• Receive your manual. Each chapter was written by an expert on the specific topic and includes an invaluable list of resources on each topic.

Current TMN members may earn hours for volunteering to speak, preparing study materials, cleaning the meeting room. You only earn time for the hours you are doing the task, not the entire day.

Current TMN members may use this session as a make up study, if you missed it during a previous TMN Course. Please sign up to let us know you are coming. Seating is limited.

Heartwood Interns enrolled in the Course do not need to Sign Up.
